The Management of
Maryam Abacha American University of Niger (MAAUN), has congratulated its
students from Nigeria who sat for the professional examination of Nursing and
Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN), for their success in the 2021 examination.
The Board of Nursing
and Midwifery Council of Nigeria released the professional examination result
on Wednesday, June 23, 2021.
The congratulatory
message was contained in a statement from Paris by the President and Founder of
the University, Prof. Adamu Abubakar
Gwarzo and issued to newsmen in Kano on Thursday.
In the statement, Prof.
Abubakar Gwarzo expressed happiness over the success recorded by the students
adding the students have made him and the university proud.
"The President and
Founder of MAAUN, Prof. Adamu Abubakar Gwarzo
is extremely happy with the students performance as they have made the
university proud in the world. We pray for their success in all their future
endeavors and wherever they may find themselves," the statement said.
While urging the
students to continue to work hard and alway be good ambassadors of their alma
matar, Prof. Abubakar Gwarzo also congratulated the parents and guardians of
the students for scaling through the NMCN professional examination.
He also prayed for the
students to be employed in good time and urged them to work in accordance with
the ethics of their profession wherever they find themselves.
